Nuevo curso intensivo de Pedro Rodríguez de pasteles y tartas

Con una intensa etapa impartiendo talleres específicos para todo tipo de público, el repostero realejero Pedro Rodríguez Dios (entrevista en Con Cúrcuma Radio) va a adentrarse el 7 de marzo en su amplia experiencia con la combinación de elementos destinados a impartir nociones de nuevos pasteles y tartas.

El curso intensivo abarca 3 horas, de 9:30 a 12:30 en su obrador de Los Realejos, y el prestigioso pastelero abordará técnicas para bizcochos, sables, mousses, interiores, compotas, acabados y pralinés.
